Burlingame, CA & Exton, PA— 4/23/18 — Today, AmerCareRoyal, LLC Announces Acquisition of PrimeWare by PrimeLink Solutions, Inc. The acquisition will provide AmerCareRoyal with an immediate boost in their eco-friendly product offering for the foodservice industry. PrimeWare has a wide-ranging product portfolio that includes recyclable and certified compostable products coupled with a highly regarded customer service team.
“The acquisition of PrimeWare immediately provides AmerCareRoyal with an expanded offering of eco-friendly products we did not have in our product portfolio,” said Ty King, chief executive officer at AmerCareRoyal.
