Our Story
Scott Milberg
Chief Executive Officer
Scott was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Previously, Scott helped lead the Royal team through a 2011 financial recap and 2016 sale and merger transaction that created ACR in 2016. Scott oversees major corporate decisions, as well as managing the overall day to day operations and resources for ACR. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester and an associate’s degree in entrepreneurship from Johnson and Wales University.
Brandon Clairmont
Chief Commercial Officer
Brandon joined the ACR team in 2022 as the Chief Commercial Officer, bringing significant executive leadership and expertise in sales and marketing from from prior roles with PaperWorks, McCormick & Company, Command Packaging, Huhtamaki, and SOLO Cup Company. Brandon graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Brett Barnello
Chief Operating Officer
Brett joined ACR in 2020 as Chief Supply Chain Officer, becoming COO in 2023. With over 20 years of experience, Brett is a seasoned leader in the food manufacturing and supply chain industry, having held key roles in supply chain and plant management at both Godiva Chocolatier and Rich Products Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY College at Fredonia and an MBA from SUNY University at Buffalo.
Paul Patek
Chief Financial Officer
Paul became ACR's Chief Financial Officer in 2022, bringing extensive leadership experience to the role. Prior to joining ACR, he served as CFO at Hunter Fan Company and Diamond Crystal Brands. His career began at KPMG and has since held executive roles such as President, CEO, and EVP at Main Steel, Energy Alloys, and other organizations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Rhona Fromm
Chief Human Resources Officer
Rhona joined ACR as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022, following her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Almo Corporation. She also brings valuable experience from senior Human Resources leadership positions at Cigna and Lincoln Financial Group. Rhona holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Temple University.
Adam Milberg
Vice President of Supply Chain
Adam oversees ACR’s global sourcing network, leveraging 16 years of experience in the foodservice industry and a deep understanding of international supply chains. Prior to this, he served as Director of Imports for Royal Paper Products, Inc., and Chief Supply Officer for ACR. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Muhlenberg College.

From our first major merger in 2016 between AmerCare and JRMI, to the integration of Royal Paper, to the acquisitions of industry leaders like 511 FoodService, the Ocala Group, McNairn Packaging, Ross & Wallace Paper Products, Team 3 – GIS, Thermosource Tooling & Manufacturing, and Mat-Pac, ACR has evolved into a unified force in foodservice essentials and supply chain solutions offering over 6,000 products spanning the foodservice, janitorial, sanitation, education, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
