Exton, Pennsylvania, USA, & Whitby, Ontario Canada — 11/26/19 — Today, AmerCareRoyalTM, LLC (ACR) announces the acquisition of McNairn Packaging, a leading provider and manufacturer of specialty paper packaging products to the foodservice industry in the North American markets. The acquisition of McNairn Packaging provides ACR benefits on multiple levels. In addition to obtaining McNairn Packaging’s industry leading presence in a large market, ACR will also gain an increase in channel exposure as well as enhanced product diversity.
